What is the lead time for an order?

Approximately 2 weeks from confirmation of your order. I'll keep you updated throughout the process.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

As all items are made to order specifically for you, I don't currently offer returns or refunds. Please make sure you're happy with your choices before ordering — I'm always happy to answer questions beforehand.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank account transfer and Monzo. Full payment is required to begin work.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Currently I only ship within the UK.
